Wrike news, 23 March 2026: Templates Center for everyone and AI Agents with new precision controls

The Templates & Solutions Center becomes accessible to all account users, including Viewers and Collaborators. AI Agents get new controls for sorting into folders, managing dates and reading cross-folder context. Two new agents have been added: Intake Duplication and Urgency Classifier.

Templates & Solutions Center: visible to all users

The Templates & Solutions Center is now accessible to all account members, including users who can't create spaces or install templates (such as Viewers and Collaborators).

• All users can browse the full gallery and view template details, descriptions and previews.
• Users without install permission see a message explaining how to get the access they need.
• Greater visibility for Wrike Solutions: more teams can discover preconfigured workflows.

AI Agents: the March update, precision and control

AI Agents get a significant update focused on precision and process control:

• Moving and adding items to specific folders.
• Smart editing of start and due dates based on context.
• Reading parent-project fields, sibling tasks and cross-folder data.
• Triggers on changes via API, per-action filters, support for checkbox and formula fields.

Urgency Classifier Agent: a new preconfigured agent that analyses incoming requests for signals of urgency (such as "ASAP", "urgent", "not urgent") and automatically updates the task's Priority field (High, Normal, Low), reducing manual triage work.

Intake Duplication Agent: an agent that scans new requests for duplicates or similar requests already in the active-projects folder, flagging potential duplicates before they get worked on.
