Wrike news, 16 March 2026: AI Agents with task moving, checkboxes and per-action filters
AI Agents: new actions and updates
- Change-position action: agents can move or add tasks to folders based on content, status or prompt logic, with two modes (move to position, add to position) and position chips to limit the allowed destinations.
- New Checkbox custom-field type: agents can read and write checkbox fields, useful for statuses like reconciliation complete, verified, assets received, NDA signed.
- Filtering items per action: each action has its own filter selector (type, status, assignee, custom fields, importance, name). Filters apply before the language model, so excluded items don't consume credits.
- Naming actions: in multi-action agents you can now give each action a name, so the logs show readable labels like "Set priority" or "Route to team" instead of "Action 1/2/3".
